• Clarify roles and interfaces (including the framework of responsibilities)

• Establish work rhythms (agenda, minutes, action log)

• Define a compact set of key performance indicators

• Provide a template package (including works council dialogue, role descriptions, qualification framework)

Cooperation & Implementation

• Close to everyday life: close coordination with the specialist departments

• Clear interfaces and decision-making authority between HR and business

• Sensitive topics discussed with the works council are documented in a structured manner

• No operational line responsibility and no outsourcing

• Visible value contribution: less friction, more speed

• Reliable control: Deviations are addressed, measures are implemented.

• Routines that remain – even after the project ends
