How I work
• I will take over the operational management of the HR team, remotely or on-site at the company
• Regular coordination with management and stakeholders (weekly/bi-weekly) with agenda and minutes
• Decision notes instead of lengthy reports: options, risks, recommendations – with clear responsibilities and deadlines.
• Monthly summary report on progress, deviations and next steps

• No outsourcing, no training provided
• I lead, participate in decisions, implement, and hand over tasks in a structured manner
Results
• Operational stability and clear priorities
• Decisions are prepared, made, and followed up.
• Orderly handover with states, open issues and access points
